Career Opportunities:

Office and Accounting

There's a wide variety of office tasks performed at Kendall. Receptionists cheerfully and efficiently connect our clients with the services they need, in person and by telephone. Cashiers in the Parts and Service areas prepare paperwork in addition to collecting charges. DMV Clerks ensure accurate and timely vehicle transfer paperwork for hundreds of sales transactions each month. File Clerk positions are responsible for accurate storage of thousands of records.

Technician

It's much more than just liking to work on vehicles. Vehicles are complex. At Kendall we want Technicians who find and fix the problem, the right way and the first time. Technicians are self-motivated, have strong work ethics, and are required to own personal hand tools to complete their job. A professional auto technician knows electronics, hydraulics, and physics. Even Beginning Technicians may have completed two-year degree programs, and fully-qualified Line Technicians have years of experience in complex repairs. Lube Technicians perform basic maintenance and expand their knowledge while they work. Training in particular brands is often offered through manufacturers alone and gives the opportunity to use the most advanced diagnostic tools and equipment in this field today.

Detailer

A Detailer combines a high level of concern for quality work and the efficiency to make 100% of a vehicle 100% clean. More than just washing and vacuuming, a professional Detailer uses a wide variety of products and techniques to clean and restore paint, fabric, vinyl, leather, tires and more. A Detailer understands that while the vehicle may not be brand new, it is new to the customer.

Parts Consultant

A position of high knowledge and detail, the Parts Consultant must have the skills to take limited information from technicians, retail or wholesale customers and locate the exact part needed. A passion for precision and sharing knowledge is required for this teamwork oriented position. Experienced Parts Consultants often have advanced from basic Parts Department jobs.

Sales Consultant

Our wide variety of Kendall dealerships means there are numerous opportunities for salespeople of all levels of experience. Our training opportunities allow someone who doesn't have auto sales experience, or sometimes, any sales experience at all, to start a solid, well-paying career helping people with their transportation needs.

Kendall also employs Collision Estimators, Courtesy and Delivery Drivers, Finance and Insurance Salespeople, Carwash Attendants, Body Repair Technicians, Clerks, Service Advisors, Client Care Specialists, Painters, and Accountants.
