Randy Baker
General Manager for Kendall Dodge of Cottage Grove
Randy started with Kendall in March of 1999. He graduated from Washington State University (We try not to hold that against him). Growing up in the northwest Randy has come to love the outdoors and every minute that he can spend in the mountains or on a river is like a little slice of heaven. Randy's favorite part of his job is when we have done everything right from start to finish and the customer acknowledges it with an ear-to-ear smile as they take delivery. His favorite thing about Kendall is the people who work here. We just have some of the greatest employees!!! They're my second family.
Matthew Bodine
General Manager for Lexus of Eugene
Matt joined the Kendall family in April of 1995. He grew up in Grants Pass and graduated from Southern Oregon State College. When he graduated he thought he would be a teaching and some how he ended up selling cars. Matt says he enjoys the fact that each day is unique with different situations and opportunities with both employees and customers. He feels Kendall's reputation coincides with the way we treat our customers and employees. He likes the old adage, "Treat others the way you would like to be treated". When Matt is not working he spends his time with his stunning wife and their two beautiful daughters.
Duane Farnham
General Manager for Ford of Eugene
Duane has been with Kendall since February of 1982. He grew up in Grants Pass and attended Southern Oregon College. In college he thought he would be a social worker or an attorney…ended up in the car business, go figure! Turns out things happen for a reason, because he now has his dream job. Duane appreciates that Kendall has a genuine concern for the well being of our employees, their families and our guests. Duane enjoys spending his time away from work with his wife and their two boys. They are what make him truly tick.
Charlie Freeman
General Manager for Honda/Acura of Eugene
Charlie has spent 27 years in the automotive industry and has been with Kendall since 1986. Being a General Manager has allowed him to learn many facets of the business. His favorite part of the business is still the cars, though. He loves getting involved in service issues and reconditioning. Charlie's favorite thing about Kendall is the commitment to doing the right thing. When Charlie is not at work he enjoys cooking, long rides on his motorcycle, camping and boating, and spending time with his wife and their family, especially the grandkids.
Steve Ruiz
General Manager for Chevrolet/Cadillac and Kendall Budget Sales
Steve started his career with Kendall in 1985 at Kendall Ford. Steve spent his first 27 years in Southern California, attending both Southern California and UCLA with a B.A. in Economics. Steve says that he is living the dream. He loves his family, his work, and playing…he loves to play hard. Steve appreciates the opportunities that Walter de Martini and now the Skillern Family, has given all of us to grow and be a part of a progressive company.
Rick Schooley
General Manager for Kendall Subaru
Rick has been in the automotive industry for 21 years and has been with Kendall since 1999. Rick's favorite thing about Kendall is being apart of an organization that actually cares. He says that Kendall cares for its employees, customers, and local communities. He is extremely proud and blessed to be working for such a company as Kendall. Rick enjoys spending his down time with his wife of 18 yrs and their four children, two daughter-in-laws and all of their grandchildren.
David Shears
General Manager for Toyota/Scion of Eugene
Dave has been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. He has been a salesperson for what feels like forever. He put himself through high school selling magazines and then when he turned 18, he started selling cars. One of Dave's favorite experiences at Kendall was helping to get the Lewiston, Idaho and Alaska stores started. It was hard work but he had a blast. Dave loves helping others learn and grow. He feels the best thing about Kendall is our people, our honesty, and knowing what an AWESOME car company that we are!
Bud Buller
General Manager of Kendall 4 Seasons Subaru
Bud joined the Kendall family in May of 2002 in our sales department. Over the years, Bud has been a strong advocate for the Kendall Way, ensuring that it thrives among his employees and reaches his customers. When asked what his dream job is, Bud didn't hesitate to reply. "I can't imagine doing anything other than what I do for Kendall right now. My favorite thing about Kendall is the treatment of their employees and customers alike. Plus, I have had so many wonderful experiences at Kendall, from moving to Lewiston and operating that store and working with all the wonderful employees there, to the most recent move to Missoula and walking into a store with some great history in the community and longevity in the staff."
