The Client Care Center is at the forefront of Kendall's customer service. It is estimated that over 85% of all shoppers begin their search for a vehicle online. That's why all requests for information submitted online are streamed into Client Care. With a team of dedicated professionals, we provide answers for our clients, and guarantee a transparent shopping experience.

For our clients who need to have their vehicle serviced, we have trained specialists available to simplify everything. We'll review your service history, look to see if you have any open safety recalls, and make recommendations appropriate to your situation. We'll review your options and schedule an appointment at a time convenient to you. And best of all, a factory trained Service Advisor will be waiting to meet with you upon your arrival. Courtesy shuttle vans are available to get you where you need to go, and pick you up when your car is ready.
